Terms of service

cdoagent.ai is a SaaS - a vertical AI agent for e-commerce with expertise in sales analytics, pricing, e-commerce and market, delivery, fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, returns, and ERP/WMS. Available via web chat and MCP server (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Continue).

Stripe subscription, EUR. On signup you get 250 free credits for a 14-day trial (no card required). 1 credit = $0.01 of Anthropic API spend at our cost. Three subscription tiers, monthly or annual cadence: Starter EUR 199 / month (3,000 credits / month, ~EUR 0.066 / credit), Pro EUR 699 / month (15,000 credits / month, ~EUR 0.047 / credit), Scale EUR 1,499 / month (40,000 credits / month, ~EUR 0.037 / credit). Annual cadence saves two months at every tier. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Invoices are issued by Dan Burian (Business ID 03537099, VAT ID CZ8905214076 - VAT-registered); for EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism under Art. 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC applies. Stripe Tax computes VAT automatically. Hard credit cap default ON: when the monthly allotment runs out the agent pauses until the next period or until you upgrade - no overage charges. Cancellation is self-service via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. Pricing may change with 30-day notice.

We identify a company by its email domain. Anyone with email on that domain can use the service across all channels. The account admin is responsible for the whole team's conduct.

The service has ample capacity for normal teams (5 - 50 people, ~1,000 messages/day). Abuse (scraping, bot farms, automated spam) may result in throttling or termination.

You own all content you send us (messages, documents, outputs). You grant us a license to process it for service delivery. We don't use your data to train models. Details in the Privacy Policy.

The service is an AI tool. Answers may contain errors. cdoagent.ai is not legal, tax, or investment advice. Verify facts before making major decisions. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability equals the last 12 months' total credit purchases.

Target 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance off-peak, 24h advance notice. SLA with credits available in Enterprise contract.

No notice period (no subscription). You can delete your account anytime in /account; we may restrict access for breach or non-payment (e.g. negative balance after refund) with 14-day notice. On termination we delete your data within 90 days (audit log 1 year). Unused credits are non-refundable except by mutual agreement.

We may update these terms with 30-day notice for material changes. Continued use implies consent to the current version.

Czech law applies. Disputes go to the competent Czech court.
